Dear Diary,
Today she told me she was pleased I now had to use a wheelchair because it demonstrated diversity in the department.
I must not have concealed my shocked expression very well because she rolled her eyes saying, “I knew you’d interpret it that way.”
I mean… is there any other way that a reasonable person could interpret that statement?
