There are moments in life that are unforgettable for us, a unique experience that we are willing to repeat no matter the risk it represents, those moments generate an extreme level of anxiety that make you feel a knot in your stomach, a feeling of uneasiness and indescribable anxiety.

When we hear about, for example, feeling butterflies in the stomach, that feeling that invades you when you fall in love for the first time or when you discover that someone's company becomes indispensable, when you think about that person all the time and long for the time and moment when you always meet or can have some kind of contact.

It is a feeling of uneasiness that takes hold of you and grows as the minutes and hours go by knowing that the moment of meeting is approaching, it is a kind of need you have for that person that seems to have stolen your breath, that you even feel that you can't live without him/her.

Surely it has happened to you that without planning someone appears who arrives to change everything around you, who makes you feel loved, who makes you feel that he values you and who, just like you, wakes up every night waiting for the moment destined to meet and give free rein to his love, whether it is forbidden or totally valid and free.

Someone with whom despite having spoken and shared less than 24 hours ago, you feel the need to be close to this person as if it had been years without seeing him or her, that's where the knot in the stomach becomes stronger because of the desire to see someone who has become your need.

For many this is the cause of feeling a knot in the stomach, for others it can be the stress of facing a danger, a difficult situation that you lived in the past and that there is a certain risk of repeating again, then you feel a knot in the stomach and a lot of anxiety to see that you can suffer once again for the same cause of the past.

Now, whatever the cause that generates this feeling of anxiety, and if you put me to choose in which situation you want to experience this feeling, surely I would answer that in the first of the cases.

Let me know what you think!
