Many women see men with self esteem as arrogant because they do not have it.
Our feminized society teaches us to be humble so people do not talk about what they achieved but about others problems as it would be much harder to talk about the own problems.

If you think yourself too small you probably do not do enough sports, do not eat healthy enough or never face any fears and try new things.

We are not born like this we develop like this. So if you wanna be shy, modest, silent,... you will behave like it. It is your own choice. I was scared of everything I have never done until I did it. I remember I was scared to be flushed down the toilet because it was so big and loud.

I recently had a discussion about "fear" and some people said the fear of the dentist would be natural. Why should one have fear of a dentist without knowing anything about him except of he takes care of the pain. The fear is taught to us by others.

Fear is just the unknown. Fear is an opportunity to grow and develop yourself if you run away from it you can´t develop.
