Excellence is the state or quality of being outstanding or extremely good. It is the state or condition of excelling or of being superior. Excellence is derived from the word “excel”, meaning to do or be better than; to show superiority; going beyond a limit or standard.
Excellence is not achieved through carelessness; it is always the result of determination, consecration, determination and hardwork. Excellence is not a gift, it is pursuing and doing the best we can with the gifts and abilities given to us by God.
The plan of God for every child is to excel. God wants us to desire and attain excellence in all that we do. God had given us all the resources to excel in life. However if seeking excellence, you must always put God first. As important as education is, it should not come before relationship with God. Because he’s the Creator of the Universe.
As a student we should concentrate on your academic work and be the best you can. Take your classes seriously by preparing for them and be a step ahead of others in all areas.
In everything you do, aim to be at the top. Always remember that as you excel, you must remain humble and give God all the glory for the achievement.
