I witnessed a situation a few weeks ago, where a problem occurred.
Instead of sourcing for the solution to the problem, the people involved started the blame game.
They left the right thing to do and started chasing shadows.
Whether they fine the culprit or whose fault it is, it changes nothing and it does not help the situation in any way.
What's the way forward? I asked.
It was then they realized they've been wasting their time arguing.
After much contribution from a few folks, we eventually arrived at the solution to the problem.
We spent lesser time finding the solution than they did arguing.
We had to combine ideas to get the solution.
It was fun connecting with people to help a situation.
