Zombies are NOT real. I repeat that mantra in my head helplessly. Even as the corpses around me begin to twitch, then convulse then drag themselves to their feet sniffing the air around them hungrily. Suddenly a hundred pairs of cloudy eyes turn to me at once. Zombies aren't real…right?!
The phrase, “fake it ‘til you make it” probably doesn't apply to life threatening situations with creatures that aren't impressed by confidence or positive thinking. Oh well 🙃
