Some days before my big sis's wedding, she called me and my other siblings to come help her arrange her bridal trousseau to take to her husband's house. When I got into her room, I opened my mouth wide and couldn't believe she had so many items.
"Wow! Really!" I exclaimed.
"Yes, dearies, let's get to work before it gets darker," she said, smiling.
We folded all her clothes and neatly arranged them in two extra-large bags. We arranged her shoes in another bag. The kitchen utensils, underwear, books, jewelries, beads, bags, makeup kits, etc., were all packed in different bags separately.
In fact, it's a whole lot of stuff that we all had to lie down for a moment before we left her place that night. I kept wondering how she got so many bridal items that could actually fill up a house. What about her husband's things too? I thought.
Anyways, the wedding was beautiful. My sister's luggage filled up two buses as they traveled to their new abode.
