A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words (Or, Exactly Fifty): A Greater Horror Than What You See

What I see: a man sprawled on the stairs, one leg down, one arm up reaching forward, a bag flying toward the foreground, apparently in motion.

What I feel: But what if the motion is not downward, but upward? Could there be another reason for the horror on this man's face?

“The criminal always returns to the scene of the crime,” and pride before a fall.
This photo captured him apparently falling down, but no.
He was dead from falling over the rail at the top of the stairs.
An invisible hand had dragged him up where he had once pushed!

I would say this dumb criminal is having a bad day as is the case sometimes when going against the law. Not only did he lose his cap, but his life as well. Justice well served, so no need to waste taxpayer dollars entertaining a lengthy trial to determine his fate.

And the higher law ensured he received his just dessert!

Thanks for sharing this unique take on the occurrence that happened that fateful day. Take care.

This makes definitely make sense to me and it will be repeated if he takes the stairs again. Lucifer would laugh.

Lucifer so often does ... these little mortals, thinking his deals are good ... selling their souls to do evil, only to hit that stair ..
