Atist, the Garnet City. A poem of a place from an imaginary world.

On the other side of the world from Lazarus, the Atist, the Garnet City.

The ruby glass of Garnet City glows,
A bright and vibrant red the night illumes.
Its many windows alight with a show,
That casts Atist in its own strange dooms.
Though beauty lies within this place's walls,
Inside secrets dwell that no one knows;
Forbidden knowledge is hidden by laws,
Designed to keep all from ever knowing foes.
Atist is a city of mystery,
Where danger lurks in every hidden corner.
The truth and lies are hard to see,
For the Garnet City has no morners.
A future that was never meant for us,
Atist, the Garnet City.

Peace and solace have been ever thus,
In this dystopian land of illusions.
A city of dreams and pain, we must
Accept this new reality's conclusion.
That Atist, the Garnet City will remain
A place of secrets in hidden flames.
Where we must remember, ever again
That this future was never meant for us.

🌆 This was a poetic tale about Atist, the Garnet City, a high tech city that has survived a fallen world, along with ai art created with stable diffusion / Midjourney ai browser applications, inspired by the words of the poem. War and climate change took its toll on this and every other city we know. This is one of many short tales of a society in this dystopian Earth

Thank you for reading.
