Hello, hives family, I am here to share with you how I met my wife. 17 years ago, after my NYSC in Minna, Niger state, I went back to my parent and on getting back home I was not comfortable sitting down at home so I decided to further my education. Then I met a friend to help me to buy a postgraduate form in his school the University of Ibadan in Oyo state but he told me that the school has finished postgraduate admission for that year so he told me that the only help he can do for me is to buy me Abubarkar Tafawabalewa University of technology Bauchi, Bauchi state.
I accepted and he bought me the form through one of his friends who was schooling there. I waited for about a month and the list of shortlisted students came out and my name happened to come out on the second batched list, on the list of faculty of science and technology. I received the admission letter that same month and I started preparing to travel down to Bauchi for my postgraduate study in computer science.
THE JOURNEY JUST BEGAN
I started the course that year with 12 of us in the classroom. I rented a room self contain very close to the school. All this while I was still single because the person I dated when I was serving disappointed me, I caught her with another man on bed, that was why I decided and made up my mind that I will never date or even marry a Yoruba lady in my life.
So now in Bauchi I started a business to support my school funds. A lady came to purchase sim card in my shop and she happened to be an Hausa girl who liked me and took me as her friend, we became close and lovers later. One day she just told me she was no longer interested and she stopped coming to the my house and shop, I wondered what I did to her to deserve that, I later realized that her parents were not in support of our relationship because I am a Yoruba boy, they wanted her to marry an Hausa man. So they warned her not to be close to me again, this caused our relationship to be dissolved.
STILL SINGLE😊😊
A month after I met another dark and beautiful lady in church we became close and I thought in my mind that she would finally be my wife since I meet her in church because she is a Yoruba lady, I had to change my orientation being that I meet her in church and a choir member for that matter. We became lovers💕.I gave her my house spare keys to enter the house anytime she likes just to prove to her that I don't have any skeleton in my cupboard. Then, she was looking for job, she will come to my house and rest after a stressful day, at times I will come back from lecture and meet food cooked. At times she does sleep over at my house. Hummmm, my Hives family, immediately this lady got a job in Standard trust bank then, she stopped coming to my house, infact she drop my keys under the footmat outside. She called me later that she was not interested in the relationship again, just like that.
THE JOURNEY TO MY LOVE
On Sunday this lady came to church and I was trying to talk to her after service she did as if we don't know each other before, so with that anger I left the church and I was so angry within me, I stayed close to the road to get a cab to my house. A cab stopped for me and I noticed a lady sitting in the front, nobody was at the back, the driver asked me where I was going? I told I was going to ploy gate, then the driver asked again "do you have change"? I answered" I have #500" then he said "no change because the fare was just #50.00", then the driver moved, after 5 seconds the driver reversed back and said please enter, I asked him do you now have change? He said "madam in the front has paid your money", I look at the front I saw a lady with a paragon of beauty, plumpy, and very quiet. I entered and I told her thank you so much, she looked back and told me you are welcome with a very sweet voice that I will not want to stop hearing all the time, 😍we alighted at the same bus stop and we crossed the road together then I asked for her name ,she told me her name and I noticed she was Igbo that was how we became very close friends and the friendship lead to marriage of 15years now. We are blessed with three kids, to God be the glory.
