Sometimes all of us have moments when we are nervous, not feeling well because something hurts or just because we got up in the morning. But that's no reason to misbehave with the people around us.

• Be open with others, if a friend asks you if you look good in that dress - and you don't, you'd better tell her she'll expose herself if she goes out with her than hear those words from a complete stranger.
• Don't lie because those you lie to will lie to you too.
• Try not to invade people's personal space without being invited. Many people don't like others touching them and get nervous about it.
• Sometimes everyone has a moment to be alone and sort out their thoughts, leave that person alone for a moment. When he is ready alone he will come to share with you if he is willing.
• When you make an arrangement or promise something fulfill it. when a person of fulfills the things he has promised to a person. The other person is left with the feeling of being cheated and this does not help in better communication with him.
• When you feel that someone wants to challenge you, do not give in. Breathe slowly for a few seconds while concentrating on your breathing.

No matter what you do, try to be yourself. If you model your behavior after a given situation and people, at the end of the day you will feel like a squeezed lemon because all the life juices have drained out of you so you can perform in the given image you have created!
