It all started as a joke. Evelyn and her friends were playing the game truth or dare in the mid night, outside of the camp.
It was Daniel's turn to ask and he chose Michelle. She picked dare and surprisingly he told her to climb the tallest tree in the forest.
At first they laughed at the absurd dare but then looking at his face while they laughed, he wasn't smiling.
Michelle refused and he got violent, picked up a wood with sharp edges to hit her. Craig blocked the hit and unfortunately it hit him and pierced his face.
They tried helping him but was prevented by Daniel and his weapon. So they all stood, shivering in the cold, terrified and watched Craig bleed to death.
Daniel scared at what he had done, fled into the dark forest and they all ran to the camp site for safety.
