I’ll never forget when my last manager said, 'Anas, I love your attitude and I love working with you.'

He didn’t say he admired my intelligence or talent, but rather my attitude.

This post was published by me on Steemit here not to be accused of plagiarism.

What he really meant was: 'I love that you're never late, that you never say "I can't" or "I won’t," that you always follow through on instructions—even when facing something new.' These qualities have nothing to do with intelligence, but everything to do with character.

What do you think makes people successful? Many things might come to mind, but my answer is always the same: their habits and personal traits—things like discipline, consistency, and hard work.

I believe we can all be undone by our bad habits. A wealthy person can lose everything to gambling, a healthy person can destroy their health through smoking, and a skilled individual can sabotage their talents with ego.

Our personal traits matter most, both in business and in life. Being honest, decent, and hard-working will always propel you forward.

Jamil Qureshi, a world-renowned psychologist, once said, 'I always say give me "I will" over "IQ."'

Your talent and skills are important, but your attitude matters more. So, focus on developing the kind of attitude that will help you succeed in both life and business.
