Until a few years ago I was a project manager for a demolition company in Hawaii. Demolishing pre-tensioned concrete in all it's variations is a pain.
We demolished a huge water tank once that was built with tensioned steel-cables on the exterior as sort of ribs. That took a little doing to release the cables, without releasing them violently.
Ahh, I knew there was a technical term for what I was trying to describe - thank you ! 😀
