Lots of people one here saying it was a set up. If you think they would do something as silly as this then you are underestimating them. A search warrant, plant some drugs would be much easier and would not have to rely on tommys kid saying something straight away
and then him reacting that way. the trouble with conspiracy theories is that the real ones are written off "the boy who cried wolf" comes to mind
