The best thing about coffee is that, in general, almost everyone drinks it. If you need someone's time, invite them for a coffee and in the course of it you can tell them what you wanted to say, I'm sure they'll pay a lot of attention to you.

That's a great one actually...I don't know how many times I've opened up a relationship with, let's get a coffee, or some such line. It doesn't even mean coffee really, it's more about just getting together and if coffee or tea or some other beverage ensues the net result is the same.
