The moments shared over coffee with people I value, care about, love or enjoy being around.
Completely agree with you on this! As much as I love coffee with all the complexity and knowledge about making a good brew, a simple instant coffee could also make my day as long as it is shared meaningfully with a treasured someone 😊
If a person was made to stand up to their neck in pigs offal and sip the best coffee in the world it's questionable whether they'd enjoy the coffee all that much. But the worst coffee, drunk with valued people around, can be one of the best experiences. I have done the latter, shared terrible coffee in terrible surroundings with some of the most valued people and I still remember those moments fondly.
Don't get me wrong, I like coffee, good coffee particularly, but it doesn't necessarily define the moment.
