Yes, but the payout is drastically less than delegating Hive Power. 🤔🤯 The only reasons I can think of for a Hive user to lease in Resource Credits is when they operate bots that consume a lot of RC, or when they want to claim Account Creation Tokens by burning RC (given by roughly 10,000 Hive Power) instead of 3 HIVE. 🤯🤓
An Account Creation Token (ACT) that can be obtained from burning roughly 10,000 Hive Power worth of Resource Credits (which costs 0 HIVE) is still 100% cheaper than burning 3 HIVE to get the same ACT. 💸🤯😆🤓
