New Horizon

Yo!

I had a draft from Thursday. I was creating a post when I got some news. My sister's visa had just been issued out and her school insisted she should be on ground on Monday. I never got to see her before she left home. I was planning to visit her beforehand when I thought we still had time and that sort of put a damper on my spirit. Plus mom also thought she would see her off too and I know she was also sad. We've been in this super happy and sad state since Thursday. I don't know why I get so emotional about goodbyes and separation from people I love, it's annoying.

So here's the piece that goes with my current mood. I'm going to keep the title from Thursday eventhough it has more to do with what I was going to post on on Thursday. Still it feels apt, for my sister having a dream come true event.

I ended up redrawing this piece because the first one was in like 2048 x 2048 pixels (up) because it was meant to be a 'sketch' but like it often happens, I liked it so much and regretted a small canvas. So I upload into a 6000 x 6000 pixels (down) canvas, traced and rendered.
