As long as you have a camera with long shutter capability you are definitely on your way, but to create 'smooth' rotations it's necessary to have some sort of "Camera Rotation Tool" and a tripod ... I think probably one of the easiest ways would be to get a 'generic' arca swiss l-bracket and tripod with a head that can rotate 360 ... it's kind of hard to explain but if you look up camera rotation tool I'm sure you'll get the idea, there is even a tutorial video, as well a facebook group if you are really interested.

Thanks for the advice, I currently have an 8-year-old Sony camera that has the long-exposure capability but without any tools to rotate it. Tripod & Arca swiss l-bracket is something that I have to check with the camera store if they have and if I can afford the price.

The video is helpful. You're awesome!

Yeah the age of the camera should not be a huge issue 🙂 If I can get some time I will make some post about this 'cause it's a bit difficult to explain everything without pics but the video is an idea at least :)

Great! That would be cool :)
