Mosily-diddly-soleyig along spinning the cam bam around like some record baby, but there's no MC it's just M - E. Cruising around sometimes people holler sometimes security guard be like wasap my ginome but you just hit 'em with that flash of a smile and let them know the extent of your CYCLOSITY then they'll leave you alone, in the crunkoid zone... *

Well-done man! This looks really cool.

Wow! These are really awesome @synrg. The light effects are dope!!!
Thank you greatly @curamax 😃 It is a cool 'medium' haha some people take it even further than this but it's fun to just see what you can come up with along the way; there's infinite permutations of things one can do in the process creating 'artifacts' and geometries 😎 Enjoy the day 🙃
Indeed, looking at the results I can tell that there are more possibilities that can be made using this technique.
Just a question, I have a small camera capable of doing long exposure; is it good enough to create these kinds of shots? Do I need other equipment to create the rotation?
As long as you have a camera with long shutter capability you are definitely on your way, but to create 'smooth' rotations it's necessary to have some sort of "Camera Rotation Tool" and a tripod ... I think probably one of the easiest ways would be to get a 'generic' arca swiss l-bracket and tripod with a head that can rotate 360 ... it's kind of hard to explain but if you look up camera rotation tool I'm sure you'll get the idea, there is even a tutorial video, as well a facebook group if you are really interested.
Thanks for the advice, I currently have an 8-year-old Sony camera that has the long-exposure capability but without any tools to rotate it. Tripod & Arca swiss l-bracket is something that I have to check with the camera store if they have and if I can afford the price.
The video is helpful. You're awesome!
Yeah the age of the camera should not be a huge issue 🙂 If I can get some time I will make some post about this 'cause it's a bit difficult to explain everything without pics but the video is an idea at least :)
Great! That would be cool :)
It awesome to see your post once again
I appreciate that @officialrosh1! Yes I have to work out routine better for more regular posting 😂
That art that you show us is great since seeing circles wrapped in swirls gives a strange feeling as if we were going to fall into an abyss
Thanks a lot, yeah I look forward to creating some more interesting shapes and patterns, I'm sure that given the right type of scene to work with you could create some very cool ... emotions 😉
The truth is that this project that you carry out with those images is very interesting
I really enjoyed the visual rythem. ❤️ I loved your concentration, art and talent 👍
Thank you @ykdesign! Yes it was fun to get out for some nights... I need to get out more but in good time 😉
Yea! Rap it! :)
those pics make me thing i'm in some kind of musical video game.. :P
It would be sweet to do some sort of video work like this but I haven't figured that out just yet @chinito 😁
These pictures are really cool @synrg well done, my favorites amongst them are MC SPINSCHER and We just float down here, keep up the good work 👍
Thanks @onwugbenuvictor! I gotta post more pics cause still not posting that much :S
I will be waiting for them.
The pictures you share are very good but I am a little dizzy looking at them and of course for the object itself even though I have read it many times I don't really understand.
To be honest, I wanted to see how far I could take the nonsensicality before someone actually came along and mentioned something about it... I think I got that off my chest a little bit. Thanks for being the one haha.
maybe people's views are different from what you show so of course it's called nonsense but to me that's a very extraordinary thing and I haven't gotten to that stage in the take yet
the name is striking: Cyclogenesis also see how little by little abstract art is gaining more followers. see how the swirls and circles merge into a single image.
Yes I went a bit crazy with the abstraction there, thanks for keeping me in check @hjrrodriguez
It's a fun technique however 😀

If you are seriously getting into this, you can also post your photography posts into the Photography Lovers or LightPainters communities to spread it around. Though, photography is one artform that is under-represented here in this community. Just wanted to let you know... if you didn't already.
@castleberry Yes I think that would probably be a better community given what it is... I have posted there before but not for a while however I feel I'm missing out on the action for sure! See you there 🙂
The LightPainters all mostly post into Photography Lovers but they do have their own community and you can learn boatloads of tricks and techniques from them. These more artistic approaches to photography would fit fine in Photography Lovers or here in Alien Art.
I just figured if you have multiple posts you could spread them around into the communities so you don't 'spam' just one community. I'm not saying you are or will spam but it's something to consider if you have a lot of content at once. Otherwise, you can just space them out a bit timewise to not all drop around the same time/day in just one community.
I think you are really going to enjoy all the stuff you can do with these methods!
