In my earlier posts I said that I make music according to my mood, according to the weather outside the window and for me the main thing is that it is emotional and sounds natural. This instrumental track began with the fact that I made, as usual, different melodies using a virtual school piano with a rather untuned sound, this piano has artificial distortions in the sound and this is its highlight, the chords themselves are quite simple and made in a minor key, as for me, minor chords convey sadness and melancholy or something like that quite well, so in my musical compositions I almost always use minor. Especially for this track I made a new drum part, it sounds just as simple and fits perfectly into the overall concept. I used a broken rhythm of hi-hats to dilute the rhythmic pattern and saturate it with some movement along the panorama, I made a slight panning of sounds to give the track more air and space. I also made some voice inserts to emphasize the mood of the composition, I did not ignore the sound arches, which further saturated the track with atmosphere. At the moment, I wanted to add a guitar, but in the end I decided to make a melody on an old synthesizer of the 80s, this is a rather interesting lead from the synthwave music category, I often use sounds from different genres and combine them in my musical compositions, the bass part turned out to be quite simple, but this does not make it less attractive, the bass part is made in the tonality of my chords of the old school piano and therefore sounds great in unison with it. In general, I got what I intended at the start of my work on this track, namely - a sad, soulful track that sounds emotional.
