This is pretty cool, I like the concept. I am aware that this must take you quite some time (jsut to let the silicone mold dry takes a while). Out of curiosity, are you using "smooth-on" for your liquid plastic, and if yes, which type (I had different resulsts using the the 300 revision and the 65D (65D is great to make for rotating cast). Eitherway, thanks for sharing this (it motivates me to try out that zone again)
