New Moon!

All work that is started at the new moon and finished at the full moon is good work.

If you are going to start new projects, it is good if they are started at the new moon, it is like a clock.

Here in Sweden we have an old book called Bondepraktikan, which means what the farmer or gardener sets out throughout the year, such as sowing and harvesting. It can just as easily be about the weather, how it will be throughout the year.

You read signs on certain dates. The coolest thing is that it works locally for each place.
According to old writings, we have not always had the moon around the corner.

In those days, the nights were very dark, so this post is a tribute to the moon, which is such a thorough time machine.

That's all people!

Det va all folk!

Sort:

It is a beautiful homage to the moon and it is true the influence it has in the countryside as well as in matters of the sea, for example, fishermen, tides and so on.

It is interesting what you mention that, if you start something new, it should be on a certain moon. It reminded me of my graphology teacher when she used to tell me that projects should be started before a change of decade, for example at the age of 39, 49 years. I guess the moon and numbers have a lot of influence in the world.

Regarding the painting, it is fascinating to see the fillings, the details and that face in the middle of what seems to me to be the universe, that face is very expressive and unites with the whole, I love that. Your work is absolutely wonderful and of high quality. I love it! Thank you so much for this!

You see, I'm not a photographer. I think it makes a good photo because of too much gold!
I'm an expert at overworking.
Thank you so much, dear!
You're too kind to me.

I'm not a photographer either, but I love the painting and how you can see certain beautiful details. Thanks to you, an admirable work!

Beautiful 🖤✨

You're too kind! I think the photo is not that good, too much gold for a photograph.
so the next painting I'll put on ntf although I don't understand the point, what should I do? I hope someone prints napkins or a rug ;) ?
Thank you very much!

The Bondepraktikan sounds like the Farmer's Almanac published in North America. It's great to see how it inspired this beautiful lunar work.

Yes, that's right. I thought the Farmer's Internship was something Nordic.

Love to see the texture of the painting, the pointillism and Golden details are my favourite part, reminds me a tarot card.

Thank you so much dear! The photo doesn't do it justice. In reality, it's not that shabby.

Your drawings are always fascinating my friend.

Thank you very much! You're not bad either!
Just keep creating.
