Hello! How are you? Time flew so fast that it felt like it was January first just yesterday. So for my entry for this week, I chose Malric Inferno I almost drew all the female characters so I am trying hard to draw more males LOL I hope this continues until next week haha.
The Process:
For the sketch I always use a marker detail brush at first it looks messy and I like to use dark red as the color of the brush.
Next, I lowered the opacity of the first sketch and then I added another layer at the top of it and carefully drew the final lineart.
Then I darken the background using a fill bucket so that I can easily add all the basic colors and I make sure to make specific layers for each part.
Then I lower the lineart opacity and add shades and shadows on the skin and hair first. And then change the background color to dark blue I think that color looks more good.
And then I erase some lineart in some parts, sometimes it bothers me so much so I do that. LOL, and I added more detail to the character.
Now that the character is getting more like the character I wanted I hid the lineart and I added more shades, shadows,s, and highlights.
For the final, I added a fire background what I do is I used shape fill brush to shape the fire I just went with the flow with the shape I think I did well and then I duplicated it and for the duplicate layer I changed the blending mode into gamma light and then blur it using the filter gaussian blur that is how I do the glow behind the fire and then I wanted the fire to be blur behind the character so I blur it using gaussian blur too.

Unfortunately, it has been off from modern farmate. Otherwise, it used to be the most effective inspire summoner.
Travelling appreciates your art skills and sketching Malric Infreno. Have a great day ahead👌👌👌
