Hey fellow alien friends hope you are well!!!! I've drafted a new post for the #Splinterlands contest. In this post I had prepared days ago I chose Ｌｏｒｄ ｏｆ Ｄａｒｋｎｅｓｓ as a character and it was a card that in my opinion I thought it was going to be very difficult, because I don't like to draw DEMONS or characters related to this topic, but I dared to do it. below the process of this piece.
Hey amigos alienígenas espero que estén bien!! He redactado un nuevo post para el concurso #Splinterlands. En este post que tenia preparado hace días elegí como personaje a Ｌｏｒｄ ｏｆ Ｄａｒｋｎｅｓｓ y fue una carta que a mi parecer creí que iba a ser muy difícil, pues no me gusta dibujar DEMONIOS o personajes relativos a este tema, pero me atreví a realizarlo. a continuación el proceso de esta pieza.

- Pinceles : Lápiz - Pluma tinta - Acuarela - Aerógrafo - Relámpago
- Softwar : MediBang Paint Pro 28.1 - Adobe Photoshop 2020
First I started putting together the sketch, at first I didn't like it and I wanted to eliminate it and start with another one, but after filling it in grayscale I started to notice that it had potential.
Primero comencé armando el boceto, al principio no me gusto y quería eliminarlo y comenzar con otro, pero luego de ir rellenando en escala de grises empecé a notar que tenia potencial.
At this stage of the process you can already see that I focus on the details and then apply a layer in color blending mode and paint.
En esta etapa del proceso ya pueden observar que me enfoque en los detalles para luego aplicar una capa en modo de fusión color y pintar.
Look for a way to add a scaly skin texture to give this character something reptilian....
I am surprised how fast it is to work with grayscale, before I honestly found it tedious and long, but now I know that it is better to apply the blend mode COLOR to the layer to paint over the piece in gray. For the color palette I chose to use as a base a crimson red, a very soft violet, greens, yellows and oranges to make it more striking. I think it goes without saying that it is amazing to participate in this art contest.
Busque la manera de agregar una textura de piel escamosa para darle a este personaje algo de reptil...
Me sorprende lo rápido que es trabajar con la escala de grises, antes sinceramente me parecía tedioso y largo, pero ahora se que es mejor aplicar el modo de fusión COLOR a la capa para pintar por encima de la pieza en gris. Para la paleta de colores elegí usar como base un un rojo carmesí, un violeta muy suave, verdes, amarillos y anaranjados para hacerlo mas llamativo. Creo que esta de mas decir que es increíble participar en este concurso de art.

Anyway, I really liked creating this piece but more the colors, I think they are very striking!
