🎊🎊Happy New Year Friends🎊🎊
This is my first entry for the year to the Splinterlands Art Contest.
If memory serves me right I think I made a digital painting of Lorna Shine around this time last year. It wasn’t well put together as I was still using a PC with a lower capacity. Coincidentally about three days back I saw one nicely shaped vector which I knew very well that upon shaping it would serve the desired purpose.
The primary vector I got from Pinterest had a lot of armour ornament on it which I invariably had to clean so as to arrived at my desired shape. Even though I was lucky with the posture of this vector it still took me hours to straighten it out. The time I spent painting was half the time I spent on the vector.
As always coming up with a background was a bit troublesome and I was completely lost. I thought of importing a background but I feared it might interfere with the integrity of the painting or the few adjustments I had made. Luckily I saw this kind of sparkle brush and played with it only after I painted a fading sky and mini bush.
The process….
It's always a pleasure hosting you friends, thanks for stopping by.
She must have a terrible pain in her back if she stands that way unless her backbone grew in a weird position. So you don't draw any longer with a pencil?
Are you the wallet of @tezzmax?
lol, the vector served that purpose, who was I to disagree 😂.
I still do graphite but not for Splinterlands and holozing fanart.
I might even go full digital soon depending on my work schedule over the next few months.
Nah, tezzzmax is my friend/brother from way back. He actually was the one that introduced me to steem, hive and the blockchain in general.
Thanks for sharing! - @isaria
Keep up the great post 👌
Thanks a bunch.
