My inspiration for this digital art edition, well, it was one of those things that just comes out of nowhere, you know? It happened a few days ago, I was watching a cartoon and suddenly I had this crazy idea, the character was trying to simulate his thoughts through a transparent image of himself, as if he wanted to show those watching what he was thinking, but in a visual and creative way. That's when I came up with the transparent image over his head.
I was intrigued by this idea and began to think about how I could bring it to digital art. I spent hours researching techniques and experimenting with different tools, after all I'm not a professional at it yet. The sensation of having an image hovering over the character's head, as if it were his thoughts taking shape, fascinated me.
Immersed in Thoughts
In the end, this random inspiration turned into a digital art project that got me excited. Sometimes the most unexpected ideas are the ones that take us to surprising places in our creativity. And that's the magic of art, isn't it?
A few steps to the result
The first image was generated by an artificial intelligence Arty. The interesting thing is that I wasn't really looking specifically for a representation of an angelic woman but for other Prompts, yet this result captivated me deeply. I was intrigued by the aesthetics of the image and decided to use it.
The first thing I did was modify certain elements that didn't align with my creative vision. For example, I adjusted the wings by removing the woman's, and made some changes to the eyes to suit the style I had in mind. I then applied a saturation boost to the image and made it completely sharp, bringing out all the details. I'm particularly fascinated by the intricate visual details and textures that sharpness provides.
I worked a little on the contrast of the image to further emphasize the elements I wanted to highlight. I introduced warmer colors to the image to create a visually engaging atmosphere that harmonized with the psychedelic theme I was going for. To complete the work and give it depth, I needed a background that would convey the psychedelic feeling I was imagining. I decided to use another AI-generated image based on this theme and then applied the same visual characteristics of the woman's photo to this background.
Once again, I decided to add a little more sharpness to give this artwork a remarkable depth effect. Sharpness, when applied accurately, has the power to highlight details and create a three-dimensional sensation that envelops the viewer. Next, perhaps a simple but interesting thing, I created a copy of the first image and saturated it at a value of -15. This visual choice was intended to introduce an element of contrast and surprise into the composition. I used this copy as an overlay on top of the main image, resulting in a final visual effect.
Replicating this process a second time was an important step in achieving the desired effect. I further deepened the play of colors and contrasts, making the work more intriguing and captivating.

Minha inspiração para essa edição de arte digital, bom, foi uma daquelas coisas que simplesmente surgem do nada, você sabe? Aconteceu uns dias atrás, eu estava assistindo a um desenho e de repente, tive essa ideia maluca, o personagem estava tentando simular seus pensamentos através de uma imagem de si transparente, como se quisesse mostrar para quem estava assistindo o que estava pensando, mas de uma forma visual e criativa. Foi aí que surgiu a imagem transparente sobre a cabeça dele.
Fiquei intrigado com essa ideia e comecei a pensar em como poderia trazer isso para a uma arte digital. Passei horas pesquisando técnicas e experimentando com diferentes ferramentas, afinal ainda não sou um profissional nisso. A sensação de ter uma imagem pairando sobre a cabeça do personagem, como se fosse o seu pensamento tomando forma, me fascinou.
Imersa em Pensamentos
No final, essa inspiração aleatória se transformou em um projeto de arte digital que me deixou empolgado. Às vezes, as ideias mais inesperadas são as que nos levam a lugares surpreendentes na nossa criatividade. E essa é a magia da arte, não é mesmo?
Algumas etapas até o resultado
A primeira imagem foi gerada por uma inteligência artificial Arty. O interessante é que eu não estava, de fato, buscando especificamente uma representação de uma mulher angelical e sim outros Prompts, no entanto, esse resultado me cativou profundamente. Fiquei intrigado com a estética da imagem e decidi usar isso.
A primeira coisa que eu fiz foi modificar certos elementos que não se alinhavam com a minha visão criativa. Por exemplo, ajustei as asas retirando as da mulher, e fiz algumas alterações nos olhos para que se adequassem ao estilo que eu tinha em mente. Em seguida, apliquei um aumento de saturação à imagem e a tornei completamente nítida, realçando todos os detalhes. Sou particularmente fascinado pelos intricados detalhes visuais e texturas que a nitidez proporciona.
Trabalhei um pouco no contraste da imagem para enfatizar ainda mais os elementos que queria destacar. Introduzi cores mais quentes à imagem para criar uma atmosfera visualmente envolvente que se harmonizasse com o tema psicodélico que eu estava buscando. Para completar a obra e dar-lhe profundidade, eu precisava de um fundo que transmitisse a sensação psicodélica que eu imaginava. Decidi usar outra imagem gerada por IA com base nesse tema e então apliquei as mesmas características visuais da foto da mulher a esse fundo.
Mais uma vez, decidi adicionar um pouco mais de nitidez para dar a essa arte um efeito de profundidade notável. A nitidez, quando aplicada com precisão, tem o poder de destacar detalhes e criar uma sensação tridimensional que envolve o quem estava vendo. Em seguida, talvez uma coisa simples porém interessante, criei uma cópia da primeira imagem e a saturei em um valor de -15. Essa escolha visual tinha o propósito de introduzir um elemento de contraste e surpresa na composição. Utilizei essa cópia como uma camada de sobreposição sobre a imagem principal, resultando em um efeito visual final.
Replicar esse processo uma segunda vez foi um passo importante para alcançar o efeito desejado. Aprofundei ainda mais o jogo de cores e contrastes, tornando a obra mais intrigante e cativante.
