I'll be uploading the time lapse version some other time because my net is slow for uploads at the moment.

Here's a link to the previous post
about the WIP. I just flip the canvas and add some minor details on the sides. I mentioned before about having it unfinished because the small details only enhances the end piece without altering the core concept.

I recently ordered new art supplies, specifically some mannequin models to help with human anatomy. Looking at the models on screen is nice but I'd like to use other senses like touch to study things in 3D too. Whatever it takes to rationalize my bad spending but so far, I think splurging on art materials is the only vice I developed for the year.
Still got plenty of work that never ends on my day job so I get to spend less and less time for art and other hobbies like learning JavaScript. No time for zBrush at the moment. I really want to have more time for arts and crafts but being a responsible adult takes top priority.
Did I improve? yeah, I did things much faster than I previously did applying the same techniques so I got that going for me which is nice.

This is pretty -- waiting on the timelapse!
Done uploading the time lapse here and thank you!
That was so lovely -- thank you!
It’s not real. He plucked the masterpiece from a grove of art trees. 🥸
Well, he knows how to pick them!
Have you considered putting it on Hive's NFTShowroom.com ?
I did but I don't think my outputs are not worth that much minting now. It's more of just having this internal perfectionism bugging me to not start but I'll eventually get there~
I think minting is a process, everything is an evolution and having people bid on your art will make it so that you get more motivated to keep creating.
Also in this AI world, imperfect art might be more valuable than perfect one.
Great work on finishing your piece,@adamada!The timelapse will be a great addition when you get a chance to upload it.I like your approach of leaving some details unfinished it adds a unique character to the artwork. The new mannequin models sound like a fantastic investment, studying anatomy in 3D will definitely enhance your skills. It's great that you're finding ways to balance your work and creative pursuits, even if it means less time for other hobbies. You're right, being a responsible adult is a top priority! And yes, improving your speed while maintaining the same techniques is a significant accomplishment.Keep up the amazing work!
Thank you for the compliments. Leaving some parts unfinished was something I picked up from different styles, including accomplished painters. Nice to see a new name on chain
your welcome, keep up the good work.
Wow that is gorgeous.

With patience and determination you make great progress, I like what I see, you are improving your art enormously.
Obstacles such as internet connection and economic chastity can be overcome as long as you keep your head up and stay true to your ideals.
Thank you for the kind words
