This was just an idea I had because miHoYo's really good at making anime-style animations with 3D models. You guys remember how bad that was when Japan tried it? They are really good at traditional anime but for some reason all the 3D anime Japan produced during the early 2000s looked awful. The better ones only looked like PS2 video game cutscenes.
Well miHoYo definitely did better and is still so far the only real game in town for it. Recently they came out with a music video-like character PV for Mavuika and my goodness if you watch the original video it is such an anime opening!
So I made it into one haha. The original video was full-length so I needed to cut it short to anime opening length which is also how they do things in Japan right?
Anyway I had fun making it which led to me deciding that I might as well try making a whole episode and here we are.
It's definitely rough and I didn't quite have the footage I needed to make it look as good as it could be. But let me know what you guys think!
