In short you traced it. That's what I have been telling you, tracing is just plagairiasm especially if you don't mention where you got the image to use as base to trace on. I get why you don't see this a problem as first because no one told you it's wrong but I deliberately gave you a chance and you said you understood what I meant.
Mention your source, the specific link to where you got the image that you don't own. And even if you do that now, your content, while a fan art, is just traced art and from an art perspective, it's no better than counterfeit.
