¡Hola, qué tal están! 👋 Estoy de vuelta con una nueva ilustración de One Piece. Esta vez le tocó a nuestro querido capitán, ¡Luffy, en una versión femenina! Ya saben, se me facilita más dibujar figuras femeninas, ¡así que me inspiré en eso para este Genderbend! 😉

Hello, how are you doing! 👋 I'm back with a brand new One Piece illustration. This time, it’s our beloved captain, Luffy, in a female version! As you know, I find it easier to illustrate female figures, so that was my inspiration for this genderbend! 😉

El Concepto: Pose de Cartel "Se Busca" 💰 La idea detrás del diseño fue imaginarla en un cartel de "Se Busca" 💰. Quería capturar a esta versión femenina con una pose confiada, mirándonos directamente, mientras se acomoda un poco su vestimenta. ¡Lista para encontrar el One Piece! 🍖 Sinceramente, disfruté muchísimo dibujar a Luffy. Soy súper fan de One Piece desde pequeño (¡hasta aprendí a leer mejor gracias a los subtítulos!), así que esto fue un gusto personal.

The Concept: "Wanted" Poster Pose 💰 The idea behind the design was to imagine her in a "Wanted" poster 💰. I wanted to capture this female version with a confident pose, looking directly at us while slightly adjusting her outfit. Ready to find the One Piece! 🍖 Honestly, I really enjoyed drawing Luffy. I've been a huge One Piece fan since I was a kid (I even learned to read better thanks to the subtitles!), so this was a personal pleasure.

Como siempre, me gusta empezar con un lineart limpio y pulido. Confieso que tuve un gran dilema: ¿pelo largo o corto para Luffy? 🤔 ¡Al final, unas referencias que encontré me convencieron de que el cabello largo le lucía increíblemente genial!

Para el color de piel, tomé como base a otro personaje de One Piece: Uta 🎵. Fui agregando las tonalidades de piel en una capa separada, y luego hice lo mismo con la franelilla. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la combinación del cabello azul oscuro con su camisa roja. ¡Súper vibrante! 🔴

For the skin color, I used another One Piece character, Uta, as a reference 🎵. I added the skin tones in a separate layer, and then did the same for the tank top. But what I enjoyed painting the most was the combination of the dark blue hair with her red shirt. Super vibrant! 🔴

La Batalla Épica contra el Sombrero 👒 Ya para finalizar, tuve una verdadera batalla con el sombrero de paja sin que se viera extraño. Después de una hora de lucha intensa, ¡creo que logré este resultado! 💪

The Epic Battle with the Hat 👒 To finalize the piece, I had a real battle with the straw hat to make sure it didn't look strange. After an hour of intense struggle, I think I achieved this result! 💪
