Jedan od nezaobilaznih dela božića na našoj trpezi su kolači, koji svojim ukusom oduševljavaju svakoga ali i izgledom jer mogu biti veoma dekorativni.Kod nas se svake godine na stolu pored ostalih poslastica nalaze i dekorativni Linzeri verovatno svima dobro poznati potiču iz Austriske kuhinje.
Veoma ukusni tope se u ustima, premazani sa džemom od maline ili po želji, posuti prah šećerom i što je najvažnije možemo ih praviti u raznim oblicima kako bi bili što elegantniji za prazničnu trpezu.

Here, every year, in addition to other delicacies, decorative Linzers are probably well-known to everyone and come from Austrian cuisine.

Zaista ima raznih vrsta kolačića ali nekako su mi ovi kolačići neizbežni zbog svog dekorativnog izgleda, ukusa ali ih moji ukućani vole pa bez njih i ne bi bila potpuna praznična trpeza.

SASTOJCI:

  • dva jaja
  • 250 grama šećera
  • jedan vanili šećer
  • 250 grama putera
  • pola praška za pecivo
  • pola kilograma brašna

INGREDIENTS:

Sveža jaja, 250 grama kristal šećera i vanil šećer sve zajedno izmiksamo mikserom dok bude penasto.

Kada je masa postala penasta u njoj dodajemo 250 grama putera, koji bi trebao biti sobne temperature da se lakše miksa i sjedini sa ostalim sastojcima. Ja sam puter narezala na sitnije kocke kako bi se lakše izmiksao.

Kada si i puter dobro sjedinijo sa ostalim dodajemo i pola kesice praška za pecivo i isto ga izmiksamo kako bi se rasporedilo preko svega.

Kada smo sve lepo sjedinili dodajemo postepeno brašno, ja sam utrošila svi 500 grama, testo obradite rukama, testo ne sme biti tvrdo.

Hada je oblikovano testo, rukom uzimamo malo testa oblikuje mo ih u lopticu a zatim ih razvaljati na 3 mm debljine i vadimo željene oblike.

U obloženoj tepsiji sa papirom za pečenje, ređati kolačiće i peći na 160 stepeni, oko 5 minuta zavisi od rerne meni je to bilo dovoljno, ako je slabija rerna može koji minut duže, uglavnom kolačići treba da ostanu beli.

Kada su kolači pečeni, ostaviti da se malo ohlade, zatim složiti sve one kojima ste ostavili manje oblike na površini pa ih posuti prah šećerom.

Zatim svaku na podlogu kolačića naneti džem po vašem izboru, zatim ga preklopiti drugom polovinom kolača sa otvorom koju ste posuli prah šećerom.
