毎週金曜にこのアカウントに貯まった$HBDを$HIVEに換え、残高が5HIVE以上になったらルーレットを回します。ルールは以下の通り😊

①@hive-jaの流動HIVE残高が5以上貯まる毎に開催（よって不定期です）
②対象者はHive JAコミュニティの「member」（10HP以上のdelegator）
③一度の開催につき、spinthewheelで5回抽選（多い時もある！）
④一度の開催につき、当選は一人一回まで
⑤エントリー不要、抽選実施時点で「member」の方は自動的に対象になります

人によるとは思いますが、ブログは書ける時と書けない時があります。仕事や家庭が忙しかったり、他に優先しなければならないことがあったりすると書けなくなるし、特に私たち日本人にとって二ヶ国語での投稿は簡単ではなく、ある程度まとまった時間と気合が必要だったり・・・　私自身もちょいちょい書けない日、書けない時期がやってきます。

でも、時間ができた時、また書いてみようかなと思った時に、少しでも有利な再スタートを切ることができれば、つまり一円でも多くの報酬を得られれば、モチベーションの維持につながるのではないかと思っています。

そのため、現在アクティブに投稿しているかどうかにかかわらず、デリゲーターの皆さんは全員エントリー不要で抽選の対象にさせていただいています（もし対象から外して欲しいという方がいらっしゃれば教えてください。）

This is the third HSBI Share giveaway to all of you who have delegated your HP to our community support account, @hive-ja.

Every Friday I will convert the $HBD accumulated in this account into $HIVE and when the balance reaches 5 HIVE or more, I will turn the roulette wheel. The rules are as follows😊

HSBI Share Giveaway Rules

・Hold every time @hive-ja's liquid HIVE balance accumulates 5 or more.
・Eligible participants are “members” of the Hive JA community (or delegators with 10HP or more)
・Five (+α) winners will be selected per event.
・No entry is required, and those who are “members” at the time of the drawing　will be automatically eligible.

I know it depends on the person, but there are times when we can blog and times when we can't. When we are busy with work, family, or other priorities, we can't. And especially for us Japanese, it is not easy to post in two languages, and it takes a certain amount of time and energy. I myself sometimes have days and times when I cannot write.

But when we have more time, when we decide to write again, if we can restart with a little advantage, that is, if we get paid even $0.01 more, we will be able to maintain our motivation.
