The mindset and the system.

A very thoughtful question is I may say. Greetings dear friends, thanks for stopping by my blog again this week. As I said earlier the question is a very thoughtful one. Now let's approach it this way.

The system has made a lot of people stay poor, because any system that the economy is friendly , even those petty traders on the road , cleaners and small scale business owners will survive , because the system is moving well and also supporting their business to thrive. I do tell people in my country that the level of energy we invest in surviving in my country and still find ourselves struggling, that if we find the opportunity to invest that same emergency in other developed countries, that we will make it bigger. Take your mind to a graduate who is not just a graduate but also talented in a particular craft still struggling to earn a living, just because the country / system does not really help them and their business grow.

Even the education system in some of our countries is very difficult, time consuming, financially demanding , and the sad part of this is that even when the students puts more effort to sail through all these they might still come out frustrated. But take that same students to enroll in Schools in another develop / sound countries and you might hear them coming out with flying colours. So in this case the system has a role to play in the success of her citizens/ members.

But in the other hand, they say that poverty is in the mindset and to some extent, this is true. Because there are people who still believe in getting from people, they believe that nothing can really work for them or in their environment and that will push them into being too lazy. Such people have entitlement mentality and the funny part of it is that, even if you send them to a system where others are succeeding, they might still end up not making it. Because our mindset has a lot to play in our growth and success. When ones the mindset is negative, forget it, nothing might really work out.

So in as much as we are blaming the system and also trying to work on it, let's also do we to fix our mindset, because it's a faculty were good and bad originates from.
