one decision I made till tomorrow I'll be proud of .... in the wake of 2017, I stepped down from my 20k paying job as a assistant supervisor to pick up a role as a pastry boy with a salary of 14k and hard labour , today that decision has fuel my passion and to expand on my experience as a pastry chef opened me up to numerous opportunities in the baking world
