Here is feedback from me: I also support proposal of @lailawrites about several simultaneous tornaments with restriction by rating because when you have an opponent with rating higher than yours by +500 points the game start to lack interest. Because you know that in 90% you will loose. And it is also not ineresting if you play with somebody much weaker than you. About attendance: if besides threshold of 6 rounds you will add a coefficient of played rounds/total rounds that will influence on the sum of prise, it can solve this issue. About time: i think the time of tournaments should be decided by the results of poll. I suppose it will be from 19 till 20 by the timezone the majority of players live. About day of the week there also a poll can be held. And I would also add such manadatory condition: in order to participate a person should create a post about the tournament oh hive with sharing it on other social media Like twitter/instagram/facebook. This could stand as registration fee. And this could be done a week before actual start date and duting tournament itself. That's all
