I would play Kf5 to make room for the Bishop who needs to go on the a1-h8 diagonal.
If b2, then Rc2
Ka1 loses then on the spot due to Bg7 and the pawn is pinned.
Kb1 instead is met with Rh2 and the King is an obstacle to his pawn and Black has time to Bg7
So all in all I think White should win.
