I understand your point. It's valid. I just felt to look at the benefits and downsides of it.
At the end of the day, people might still not use the delegations and forfeit their price if they don't understand

Indeed, but even more so better a non-active winner gets a delegation vs. Hive, because this would then not be a complete waste of the Hive and that delegation could be of more use next time.
