Greetings awesome Chess Community. I'm super excited to share with you my very first chess game training. It's being done by a game AI simulator called Doctor Wolf who is teaching me the very basics of playing chess.
The first lesson I learnt so far is that the best move will be to start by controlling the center. I am a complete rookie at this game but I have a good experience in math and programming so I hope to understand very quickly.
The reason why I decided to learn to play chess is that I believe it will play a role in developing my IQ when it comes to mapping strategies to win ina situation. This is literally a type of war. Where we need to decide on what to do to defeat the enemy. This is definitely how life works anyways 🤔.
CAPTURING MY ENEMY'S KING
I just captured a powerful enemy character (The king) with one of my Knights. I felt so happy because it's like I got one of the army Commanders. I really have to familiarize myself with the names though.
I have fought the battle to the very end. It's left with my enemy's Queen. And I have My Queen and King. It's getting very interesting guys.
OMG we ended up in a draw. It was a stalemate. Guys this is my first game as a beginner and I went on a draw with a computer. I knew my experience in mathematics and Programming would pay off. 😅

The chess community weekly Friday tournaments will start up again in mid August, I hope you can join us. Just look for the hive chess post by @stayoutoftherz for all the details.
The tournaments are played on Lichess.org you will need a lichess account to play in the tournaments. The sign up for lichess is simple and free only taking a few minutes. It have many learning resources for all level of play.
