3D Model of Shriveled Claw Runescape 3

I made a 3D model of the shriveled claw Runescape item, which is used to unlock the Dagganoth rex pet. This time instead of using a flat svg image as the basis for the 3D model, I used a free online program called monster mash. This application works best for round and symmetric images, from my experience so far. You can upload an image as a template, then trace an outline on top of the image to cut out the part for the model. Using a template image will apply the texture of the image to the model. After tracing the image, you inflate, then can add frames of animation. I then downloaded the file as a GLTF, and then imported into blender. With a little scaling and a whole lot of messing with cameras and lighting, I set up rotation keyframes then rendered an image sequence. I then used Shotcut to turn the image sequence into a gif. The gif compression really took a toll this time, especially with the shadows which looked better in the png files. Regardless, it feels good to use a new tool, and to get a little better with lighting, although there is always room for improvement.
