Mom's Cure for Colds or anything involving Sinus Congestion
Image property of @liftslikealady
Do you need a simple home remedy for your cold? @liftslikealady has your back, just follow the instructions and you will feel better in no time. Worth giving it a shot.
This may be gross, but it was my AHA moment for anything involving colds, sore throats, sinus congestion, etc. It is not even new to some people, but everyone needs to be given a good ol' fashioned home remedy from momma. There is a reason why they say, "mom knows best."
I decided to add a packet of apple cider to the mix to make it palpable. It was so good. I love drinking it anytime I feel a cold coming on or when my sinuses start to get backed up at all-whether it is for allergies or anything else.

@barnabo73 always stop to “smell the flowers” or in this case take some amazing photos, the office can wait. Make sure to follow the photographer and send some love.
I was going at work two weeks ago, and I saw the sea of clouds (very common where I live). I arrived to a crossroads and my hand on the steering wheel decided by itself to turn the car on the right, up to a narrow street: the office can always wait!
It is a little hard to take good pic in this condition, I often prefer to underexpose the scene: you can save an underexpose pic, but you can't if you overexpose it!

Manmade nature - cement sculpture

Join us as we discover the amazing project @ammonite participated in one ZOO. Who knew trees can be created that way. Great post and added memory of his father.
I know there are those who dislike zoos and think that it is cruel to take away the freedom of animals for human pleasure. In some ways, I can understand this sentiment but I do believe that, as a net positive, Zoos are a good thing.
They wanted to revamp the ape enclosure and make it more friendly to the inmates and audience. I had been asked by a Dutch company to help with forming some giant trees for them to climb on. Real trees would not have been possible as they take hundreds of years to grow and these exotic ones would not grow in our climate. We had to recreate them from Steel and cement.
The animals seemed to be really enjoying their new home. When I was making I was trying to think like a hairy ape and make stuff that I would like to interact with. Safety was also a big concern, didn't want these guys to fall or cut themselves on sharp corners.

The Day the Sky Fell; My Vaccine Injury - Part 2
Image property of @lareinareya
The story sounds like science fiction but it’s a reality @lareinareya had to face. Amazing storytelling and sharing of experience might help other people.
The young man walked over to me, but his face was a blur. In fact everything around was a blur. He asked what was wrong and my only response was ‘ambulancia’. He tried to ascertain the situation and asked me to explain exactly was happening. Again, my mind was very alert, and I knew what I needed to say, but I was terrified when I heard myself speak.
I felt like waves of weakness would overcome me, and the sensation left me feeling like I was sinking, and out of breath. I finally called an acquaintance who is a doctor to ask for help. She spoke to her husband, a neurosurgeon at another hospital and got me booked in for an appointment with the neurology team there.

Misty Morning

How lucky @pandatome truly is to live in a place like this one. Discover the amazing view and some misty photos a make sure to follow for more.
I am very lucky to live in a part of the world where I have beautiful things on my doorstep. Normally I would take pictures here on a bright sunny day, or prehaps at night whilst the buildings are ominously lit. However, today I got a rare treat of fog so thick I could barely see 100 yards in front of my face.
Further in to the park there is a fish pond, where on clear days, if you sit very still, you can occasionally spot the flicker of a tail swishing in the water. The fish are well camouflaged though, as there is a regular stork that visits the area. He wasn't there today, but I'm sure I'll see him again soon.
