The mountains in autumn are beautiful even in their own right. Fruits and nuts are bountiful and leaves turn yellow and red. How dazzlingly beautiful it would be if such mountains were covered with the morning glow. I painted this picture with such emotion in mind.

秋の山はただでさえ美しい。果物や木の実がたわわに実り、葉は黄色や赤に染まる。そんな山に朝焼けがかぶさったら、どんなにまぶしく美しいだろう。この絵はそんな感動をこめて描いた。
