Today I want to share my latest acquisition for my paintings, first of all I think you deserve an apology and a brief explanation from me for being absent for a while on the platform.


Initially I was focused on my secular job, refining details in the production processes of the company where I work.


Another reason why I was away was that I got the Omicron variant, and I was keeping absolute rest, carrying out the necessary activities so as not to relapse and not infect others.


Now I want to return to the central theme of this publication, I am happy today, since I received some watercolors that I bought online.


For a long time I have been researching watercolors, brushes and paper, I wanted to renew the existing ones.


Last month a neighbor informed me that her daughter would travel to the United States and that she would be in that country for a period of 20 days.


So she fills me with courage and talks with my neighbor, asking her to bring me the watercolors from the United States, explaining that I would make the purchase online and that she only inform me to which address I should send it.


The answer was yes.


Resume the search on Amazon to decide which watercolors, brushes and paper you would buy, there is a wide range of watercolor sets from the most famous and expensive to the most economical.


I wanted to choose quality watercolors adjusted to my budget and started an investigation by watching watercolor review videos.


After long hours glued to the computer, I had to decide between the options that gained more strength, among which the Sakura Koi set of 24 colors at $37, Winsor & Newton set of 24 colors at $49.68, sennelier set of 24 colors $163, Kuretake set 48 $46.87.


It was a bit difficult to make the decision, I really wanted the Sennelier, they seem fantastic, but I discarded it because of its price. (The budget of an average Venezuelan with a family is difficult), Winsor & Newton was one of my finalists, they have a very good reputation, but in the end I decided on the Japanese Kuretake.

A set of 48 colors that I find fabulous, although I usually like to mix colors to get the ideal tone, these watercolors will allow me to make more mixtures hahahaha.


Observe the size of each pickup and the best thing is that they are removable, which will allow me to make a personalized palette on certain occasions that I can take with me so as not to carry so many instruments.

Tomorrow I will make a painting using these new watercolors, unfortunately I could not buy brushes, the ones I liked were not available, I will continue painting with the Chinese brushes that I have.

Hoy les quiero compartir mi última adquisición para mis pinturas, primeramente creo que ustedes merecen una disculpas y una breve explicación de mi parte por estar ausente por un tiempo en la plataforma.


Inicialmente estuve enfocado en mi trabajo secular, afinando detalles en los procesos productivos de la empresa donde yo trabajo.


Otra causa por la cual estuve alejado, fue que me contagie de la variante Omicron, y estuve guardando reposo absoluto, realizando las actividades necesarias para no recaer y no contagiar a otros.


Ahora quiero retomar el tema central de esta publicación, estoy alegre el día de hoy, ya que recibí unas acuarelas que compre en línea.


Desde hace muchísimo tiempo estuve indagando sobre acuarelas, pinceles y papel, quería renovar las existentes.


El mes pasado una vecina me informo que su hija realizaría un viaje a los estados unidos y que estaría en ese país por un periodo de 20 días.


Así que me llene de valor y converse con mi vecina, pidiéndole el favor de traerme las acuarelas de los estados unidos, explicándole que yo realizaría la compra on-line y que solo me informara a que dirección debía enviarla.


La respuesta fue afirmativa.


Retome la búsqueda en Amazon para decidir por cuales acuarelas, pinceles y papel compraría, existe una gama amplia de set de acuarela desde las más famosas y costosas hasta las más económica.


Quise elegir acuarelas de calidad ajustada a mi presupuesto e inicie una investigación viendo videos review de acuarelas.


Después de largas hora pegado al computador, tenía que decidir entre las opciones que cobraron más fuerza, entre las que destacaron la Sakura Koi set 24 colores en 37$, Winsor & Newton set de 24 colores en 49,68$, sennelier set de 24 colores 163$, Kuretake set 48 46,87$.


Fue un poco complicado tomar la decisión, en realidad deseaba las Sennelier me parecen fantásticas, pero la descarte por su precio. (El presupuesto de un venezolano promedio con familia, le es difícil), Winsor & Newton fue una de mis finalistas, tienen muy buena reputación, pero al final me decidí por las japonesas Kuretake.

Un set de 48 colores que me parece fabuloso, aunque generalmente me gusta mezclar colores para conseguir el tono ideal, estas acuarelas me permitirá realizar más mezclas jajajaja.


Observen el tamaño de cada pastillas y lo mejor que son desmontable lo que me permitirá realizar en ciertas ocasiones una paleta personalizada que puedo llevar conmigo para no andar con tantos instrumentos.

Aproveche la oportunidad para adquirir papel format A4 de 300grs marca Canson de gramo fino.

El día de mañana realizare una pintura utilizando estas nuevas acuarelas, lamentablemente no pude adquirir pinceles, los que me gustaban no estaban disponibles, seguiré pintado con los pinceles chinos que poseo.
