Deep Dive: an adventure into the unknown

Hope everyone is doing well.

Look inside and be trully free
The name of this piece is an allusion to when we go deep inside our mind, taking a deep dive into the unknown but also into the only place that we are trully free. The deeper we go, the more we realize that it doesn't matter were we go, our mind comes with us. And if we are free on the inside then nothing nor nobody can take our liberty away.
Through knowing our inner-world of thoughts in this way, our mind becomes something truly profound. Something that stays with us and changes our view of what is possible.

When we have the relief or pleasure that comes from exploring this state of mind, you begin to realize that often our learning in life is thrust upon us. People have deep, life changing shifts in perspective from the trials presented by life. We learn from our hard times and can be tested, time and time again.
But then there is also the learning that we choose. The deeper learning that comes from relaxing and diving deep into our inner experience, the learning that comes from knowing ourselves!

I had a good time writing and searching for references to write better about my inspirations and i hope you guys like the read as much as a liked writing it. I was going to write a little about my process too but i will leave that for a future post.
