I come here with my new created manipulation. I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 to create it. Its a simple creation. But I need to think for a time to find out this one.

I need to hide the filament on bulb. So, I select the filament. Then I fill it with content aware.
Then it looks like it.
Then I add this water on that light bulb.
After add water and customize, the looks was it.
Then I add two fish on it. You can find the water and png file of fishes on Devianart.
After adding the fishes, I needed a time to look on it for a better view. Now it looks good I think. Finally I add splash on water which you can also at Devianart.
It takes about 1.5 hour to image searches and all finish up.
