Archangel Michael has been depicted since ancient times as a duke holding a spear in his right hand and a cross in his right.

His name means uniqueness, spiritual power and translated in Hebrew means "the one who is equal to God".

According to popular belief, he is a wandering saint disguised as a beggar in order to guide unbelievers to the right path, help those who need help, and under whose protection the people and the country are placed.
