Good evening hivers.
Its 1:26 am in my country, I feel tired and want to sleep, but i said I should share my draw here with you before going to sleep. 😇❤️
Since the beginning of the year until now, I have drawn 3 drawings on that app. This one was the most difficult and took a lot of time، But finally i finished it.
I really loved the work on sketchbook. ❤️❤️
Here are the steps :
You painted this from a Pixabay photo. It's perfectly okay to do that, but you should always mention the source. Please don't lose heart, the votes WILL COME in time. Try making your original post in Discovery-IT (no crossposts). The Italians love art and you might pick up their regular curation with your regular posts. Then cross-post from there in the art communities that allow crossposts and in the curation communities.
This photo was in my gallery from a long time ago, so I deside to draw it.
I always took the photos from the Facebook and try to draw them.
Thats all. 🤷♀️
You mean to re post this drawing on Discovery-IT?
I forgot: No, you can't crosspost this on discovery-it. They don't want crossposts, so it's too late for this post.
I'm suggesting to post your next painting on discovery-it first, then reblog to yourself, and crosspost in the art and curation communities.
Okay.. I will post today a drawing on #gems because I like it more 😅
Its silly and funny drawing 😆🤣
O.K., perhaps you get lucky and the "appreciator" will drop you a 60 dollar vote. :-) Good luck.
No, it's a Pixabay photo, I know it because it's in my collection, too. 😃 But if you take something from Facebook, write "Source: Facebook photo" and give a link if you can.
Giving the source is important, because people will assume an original idea otherwise. It happened to me one time, I painted after a photo on Pixabay, another painter had used the same photo, and a curator did an image search to check. I was then accused of copying the other painter's painting!
It is O.K. to paint off a photo, if you say so. It is also O.K. to paint off someone's painting, if you correctly call it a "study" and name the original painter. The important thing is to be open and transparent about it.
Plagiarism is the worst "crime" on Hive, original content is king here. Using Pixabay photos is not plagiarism, because their photos are free to use. If you paint other photos you must have permission from the photographer. The source must always be cited.
I really didn't pay any attention to these things.. but they seem very important.
Your words are logical.. I have to be more careful.
Thanks for your comment.
