Hello Hive Community!
Today I am sharing a Logo Design that I created Yesterday/Today in the Real Estate Industry for an Apartment Complex - Tiffany Square.
The concept is an abstract representation of a Square of Apartments made out of the Letter T.
Symbol
Vertical Lockup
Horizontal Lockup
Now, here are some Mockups to showcase how the Logo works across different Medias:
Stationery Design
Stamp
Pin Button
Stone Carved Mockup
Wall Mockup
Building Entry Signage
That's pretty much it, thank you for viewing, please share any thoughts if you have in the Comments.
More Logo Designs to come soon.
Cheers!
I like the stone mock up. It has the feel of a solid object which lends strength to the company image. I want a real estate company that will be around for a long time. Great mock-ups and design!
Thank you very much @realestate4114u !
Yes, I agree, it's always important to display the Logo on correct mockups that showcase the nature and the core of the business itself.
For longevitiy yes, first what's most important is the company's goals and values, quality of sales of the buildings, customer support, then I think comes the Branding into play.
Just remember when you will do Branding, I'd advise you to go for a simple and minimal Logo, abstract ones work best, it shouldn't show literally what you do but just to represent you strongly and clearly who you are while sometimes you can put a little something that relates to Real Estate or whatever business you are in.
Simple works best for all sizes, it's durable, will last for years to come.
Nice concept 😊
Thanks Boss! :)
