Hello friends.

January 31st is Inspire Your Heart with Art Day! This is a day to celebrate the art in your life. Whether you are an artist yourself or just appreciate the arts, spend some time today and the rest of this week appreciating all that art has to offer.

Think about the last time you saw a play, went to an art museum, or listened to a concert. What did you enjoy about the experience? What emotions did the art evoke in you?

If you're not sure, try looking up some famous art pieces and reading about them. Then, go and see them for yourself if possible. Let the beauty and emotion of the art wash over you, and allow yourself to be inspired.

There are so many benefits to appreciating art. It can help you learn more about different cultures, develop new skills, and boost your creativity. It can also help you relax and de-stress, and experience new emotions.

So today, take some time to appreciate all the art in your life. Let yourself be inspired and see where it takes you. That That then also brings us to this week's Monday challenge.

Today's challenge

Art is subjective. Some people find a white canvas on a white wall to encompass all human emotions, and others... well... they just see a wall. What makes art good, is unique to each of us. Art is what inspires your heart, your body, your soul.

Today, we want to know what type of art inspires you. Is it music, dance, puppetry, painting? What type or type of art, that when you see/hear/taste/feel it, makes you feel inspired?
